| Cancellation by 31.03.2027 | 75 % of the registration fee, including the day license, will be refunded |
| Cancellation by 31.05.2027 | 50 % of the registration fee, including the day license, will be refunded |
| Cancellation by 30.06.2027 | 25 % of the registration fee, including the day license, will be refunded |
| Cancellation after 30.06.2027 | Only possible if cancellation insurance has been purchased |
Transfer to the following year
This option can be purchased by logging into your user profile on TIME2WIN and selecting “Changes” → “Shop Items” for €15.00. The entry will automatically be transferred to the same distance in the following year.
