The swim course begins at Strandbad Oitner, there are two laps to swim (first round with 750 m [red buoys] and second round with 1.150 m [yellow buoys]) and with a short landing in between. A 350 meter long running track leads from the swim exit to the transition zone.

The bike course leads the first 10 kilometers up to the Haunsberg. At the junction with the state road, drive straight ahead and continue along the Haunsberg plateau. At the main road you turn right in the direction of Seeham, the rest of the cycle route leads undulating around the Obertrumer See. One lap is 29.5 kilometers and 310 meters in altitude. This means that a total of 88.5 kilometers have to be covered.
